HOME INSPECTIONS

SEWER LINE INSPECTION
A sewer line inspection is a video recording of the home's main sewer lateral including pictures of the potentially affected areas. A copy will be provided to the client along with a brief report. Problematic conditions to be aware of are: collapsed/broken lines, tree root infiltration (blocking the normal flow of wastewater), sections holding water (bellies), and excessive grease build-up can all cause potential headaches with your newly purchased home.
MOLD/AIR QUALITY INSPECTIONS
Mold infestation can be visible or invisible and the only sure way to know if you have elevated spore counts is to get a mold or air quality test. Moisture intrusion is the number one cause. Our inspections look for this as well as provide you with possible causes and solutions. A comprehensive independent third party lab report is also included.
POOL/SPA INSPECTIONS

If the home you are buying or selling has a pool/spa, a special inspection focusing only on the pool/spa can be done at the same time as a general inspection or can be done by itself. These are mostly health and safety-focused. They are normally excluded from a general inspection.
